We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of our room. During our stay winter storm Blair came in and we had to add another night. I was impressed with how easy it was to extend our stay. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful area and the price was an exceptional value. The resort offered so many options for the stay with different rooms, buildings, and areas. At least 3 swimming pools, indoor waterpark, outdoor waterpark and ponds. One of the coolest things we experienced was while driving the deer walked up to us like a family pet. It was pretty insane for my fiancé who likes to hunt. We are thinking about actually getting married at this location. When we arrived everyone was super friendly including the manager, the reception desk, and others. They were holding a conversation about traveling to Vegas that was tasteful, and great for building/retaining relationships. Manager seems to understand the importance of retention. I have been in hospitality for 25 years, so if there were misses, I would have spotted them a mile away.The room was nicer than expected as well. Two floors, two balconies and two jacuzzi tubs. My fiancé and I are going back in 3 weeks. Our trip cost us less money than if we went to the Poconos by half, and we stayed two nights. Typically the Poconos is our go-to, however, I used to got o Massanutten years ago. I decided we needed a change and I am so thankful we did. This place put PA to shame. The place has truly built up since 12 years ago too, I noticed. When owners put money back into their business it shows me they believe in their brand. Great job Massanutten.! If we had the ability to stay longer

Everything was great. It was clean beautiful location and everything you need on site at the resort. Very relaxing and quiet place. Splitting hairs here but the bed was a little hard and not super comfortable. But I would definitely stay again!

The villa was clean. The resort was really nice. It was nice to have access to the rec center pools, especially since the water park is so expensive. The kids enjoyed the pools, go karts, bumper cars. We spent a lot of time in Harrisonburg, especially for food. The water park is ridiculously expensive, especially with only the indoor part open.

I liked the villa I stayed in. And the snow tubing. The food was pretty good as well. I didn't like the cost of the light show, for how little of a light exhibit it was. I wouldn't do that again. I also didn't like the indoor water park. For the price of 2 adults and 1 child, who's under 42" I could've brought a season pass to Bush Gardens and Kings Dominion. That's two things I won't do again when and if I visit there again.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The deck was peaceful as it faced the treetops of the woods behind the unit. Area is somewhat walkable but no paths and very hilly since it’s on the mountain. I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint is the front door sticks and is hard to open and close.

It was awesome having the whirlpool tub. It was clean. I didn’t like that they had the coffee maker but no coffee or filters. It didn’t take standard filters either so we just couldn’t use it. Also, there was only one tv remote so I had to carry the remote up and down the stairs which I usually forgot so had to run back up or down and grab it.

The Massanutten Resort is a very nice place, with beautiful surroundings, many activities, and good restaurants. And, it is very close to Shenandoah National Park. We stayed in a three floor, two bed two bath house. A one floor, one bed one bath unit was part of the same building. Our unit was nice - clean, comfortable, good kitchen, a fireplace, and an outdoor deck on each floor. If climbing stairs is difficult, this may not be the unit for you. In addition, the walls are thin so you may have to deal with noise from the neighbors. All in all, we were pleased with the accommodations.

Amazing value for the price, in a beautiful environment. Great amenities and lot's of programs within a couple of minutes if you are interested and about 20 mins from SNP's Rt33 entrance. Listing did not clearly mention but it's within Massanutten Resort, so check-in and communication is with in my experience very polite and informative resort staff.

The view of the mountain. My reservation had a mix-up . Tooks almost my whole first evening and perseverance on my end to get it resolved. Booking.com did reimburse me for a days stay for the inconvenience..

The property was a bargain. It was advertised as a 2BR, 2 Bath and other details were limited. It was nonrefundable. After booking I was able to search and find details by directly contacting the property manager. Turns out it was a condo, full kitchen. When I checked in I discovered it was Time Share related so check in was a process of selling. Check in was pressured selling from one desk to another. This does not bother me but my wife would have been upset had she checked in. The selling was tricky with few disclosures other than sign here acknowledging we told you all the details.The property was clean and everything working but it was worn. Cabinet doors sagging slightly, old mica countertops, old faucets and so on. BUT, the value was extraordinary so I am pleased.

This apartment was gorgeous 😍 Wonderful fireplace for unwinding and a jetted tub for relaxing. And it is huge. Kitchen had everything that you need and much more (even a hand mixer). They even have a vacuum cleaner. Balcony is very nice and it has a gas barbeque. Location was really good. So close to everything. Couple of things were not as good as we expected. First, when we started jets dirt and hair came out from it. We didn't mind but maybe you would. Also, they are expecting from you to collect all your dirty towels and sheets, to take out the trash and wash dishes. Although, dishes are common decency we were surprised with other things. And the last, maybe the most unsatisfying thing... I tried to send a small package (at the hotel where I am working that is a common courtesy). I went to the front desk and they refused to help me out, it was actually quite weird situation with manager coming to speak with me over a little 6x4 box. So, I guess it's not "above and beyond" kind a place, but for winter adventure definitely very good!
