Massanutten Resort's Regal Vistas - 2 Bedroom Townhome

Amazing houses, very clean! Amazing staff! We had an issue with the house, and they immediately took care of that! We really enjoyed staying at Regal Vistas!

Enjoyed the space and the vibe! Was mostly welcoming by staff and had an overall great experience. Difficult to find individual condo due to lack of instruction by staff and outdated maps given to us.

one negative point here is - there are lot many cockroaches. You must do serious pesticide treatment for the entire building to get rid of cockroaches from kitchen to bath-tub to bed.

This condo was very nice and well equipped. The bed in the second bedroom was a little saggy, and the living area furniture was worn. Otherwise, it was comfortable and very clean.

The property was in very good condition. Cleanliness was really good.Location also very good. Wifi was not working had to call maintenance to fix that. Kitchen should have some basic stuff like salt, sugar.

Great place to stay. A lot of the resort amenities are included along with the recreation centers and pool. 30 mins drive to Shenandoah National Park is very convenient. We did cook alot during our stay that I wish the frying pans are bigger and a better wi-fi connection. But overall great and convenient place to stay and its cheaper than paying the resort price for it.

Regal Vistas has two bedrooms, 2 large full baths, and comfortably sleeps 4, but also has a pull out couch in the living quarters. The area has its own pool, which is only 4 feet deep, but it was great for the little ones, There is a larger pool at the Woodstone building. There are so many activities on the resort. We spent two days at the Waterpark. We went ziplining and saw live music at Basecamp.. Off-site, we explored the nearby Grand Caverns and Cross Keys Vineyard. The resort has so much to offer. Wish I had another week to spend there. The playground near Woodstone was in disrepair and needs updating.

I love everything about this location except for the cleanliness. These units need a detailed cleaning instead of just a touch up. Sticky fingerprints, dirty fingerprints, smudges ...are all disconcerting. This is the second visit and the same housekeeping MO. I'll still come back!l

Great accomodations with a bunch of stuff to see and do both on and around the resort. The Regal Vistas were excellent, very much like staying in a quiet neighborhood with a mountain view. The indoor water park and some of the other attractions were closed as they got ready for Memorial Day. Also, some of the on-resort restaurants have weird schedules that prevented us from visiting.

I didn’t eat food at the resort but definitely willing to try next time. There were a few options for dining so I’m happy to take advantage of this next time we stay in July. There was absolutely no down side to my stay. My kids and husband enjoyed every minute of our two day getaway. Our unit was close to the gated entrance.

The unit thatbi was given was brand new. We were the first guests to stay in it. It was very spacious, decorated nicely, with two gas fireplaces. Definitely a great place to retreat!

Great location right on the property <3 min to get to the water park! Only a 15 minute drive into town.

It was very spacious and clean. I loved the layout of the property it was plenty of room for our family of 4. It was short distance from the water park and shops. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the huge master bathroom. Only thing I didn't like was that it didn't have many channels on the TV for the kids to watch while we were their I would recommend having more kid friendly tv channels for kids.

This property was absolutely perfect, beautiful and clean. Ive stayed at other properties at Massanutten. But this property is now my favorite. I will return Cost of water park was ridiculous for it to be nothing to really do there. Kid pool area was the size of a bath tub

This was a great place to stay and would be even better if it were updated. It’s desperately dated and you can also definitely hear the neighbors next door through the connected door. This would be a perfect space for a large group, and all the natural light was stunning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here but would likely choose somewhere a bit more modern next time.

the vista was absolutely beautiful the check in staff were wonderful unfortunately we had a horrible experience at one of your restaurants. it was a nice sunny fall lunch with a little breeze and we wanted to sit outside. our waitress was Pat a middle aged lady who seemed very annoyed right away that we wanted to sit outside. we also asked if we could put the umbrella to our table up and she stormed off to get help and was very unfriendly to us. we were staying to celebrate our daughter’s twentieth birthday and could have easily drove down to the restaurants off of 81 but we wanted to support your local establishment. Pat made the entire experience awful for us and we felt as though we had done something wrong. after at one point she stormed away and hollered back at us that it would take a while to refill one drink my husband decided to kindly confront her and ask if we had done anything to offend her in which she said no and explained this was just her personality. She apologized and we did leave a tip for consideration of her job but she is a horrible example for your resort. you literature expresses your concern to make all guests feel welcome and treated for five star service but she definitely did not represent your resort well.

The location to everything and the house was spacious and a quite location Would be nice to have a book of information at the property or given information from the reception. I had to ask for a calendar of events and only knew about it because I heard the other receptionist giving it out.

Keys kept getting disconnected due to trip forth not having reservation correct. I boooked 6/17-6/21 and they sent me a reservation stating check out on the 6/19 which deactivated my keys and they I had to call over and over to get them to make sure my reservation was one complete house instead of broken into two and they could have communicated that with the resort instead of me having to hang up call the resort and then trip fort all over again because the resort didn’t see my reservation.

Everything was great. The lines was long for some activities. But Massanutten is always a great escape. Front desk was hard to get in contact with. I was double charged for resort fees. They corrected their mistake a day before check out.

Excellent distancing and hygiene measures at check in. We weren’t given any info about checkout, with none in the house either. I called the front desk to ask- good job I did because they expected quite a few things to be done that we wouldn’t have known about any other way! Overall it was a really nice property, well equipped. The soundproofing between the houses could be better- we moved from our original house because the neighbours were so loud- the hotel sorted this out really quickly and we had no further problems.
