What an amazing space! We stayed with our small youth group and 2 families of chaperones. Plenty of space for everyone. The place is beautifully decorated. The layout of the house worked well to have the guys in the basement level, families on first floor and the girls on second floor. The basement living space was great for devotions and seminars. And plenty of chairs and 2 dining tables for all of us. The space even has a high chair, pack n play and stair fence for little kiddos. The one minus was the pots and cookie pans were small for a big crowd. Also not enough spoons. We did all of our own cooking. Pantry was huge, plenty for our food items. We brought our own disposable plates, cups and cutlery but forgot the spoons. There are those items in the home, we just chose to do less dish washing. Went to Massanutten ski area. Also used the trail around the lake. Such a peaceful place. You can see mountains from the window. The youth group loved it and hopes to come back in the summ

It was an incredible experience to stay in this house, everything was very clean and in order. The kitchen has everything you need, the only thing was suddenly a bit more cutlery since we were 16 people and we forgot the plastic cutlery and the ones that were there were not enough, but we solved it.
the rooms are very comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom
The entire weekend we spent there was great. TripForth was always looking at us. My friends and I will surely return very soon.

The Pond House was perfect for several members of my family arriving from various parts of the country for a nearby wedding. The house was clean and roomy - accurately described. The location felt remote but all amenities are a short drive away. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Great location near Shenandoah National Park and Massanutten. Great eating places in the surrounding area. Nice dining area that allowed us to seat all 13 of us for evening meals. Great place to spread out. The kids really loved the dock area where they could fish and they even got some blue gill and bass. Great upper deck that was covered with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The gravel road was a little rough, but very manageable and we even saw a big black bear at the start of the gravel road later one evening when returning!!

This house has several spacious bedrooms, (and only one bunk bed room) which was great for our family get together. We were a group of 11 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Our weekend getaway here was absolutely beautiful! The house was clean and roomy, and came with plenty of supplies for activities for all ages (the inflatable boat and marshmallow roasting sticks were personal favorites). Jumping in the pond and chatting around the fire was just the kind of relaxation we were looking for. The hosts were gracious and responsive -- I highly recommend their home for anyone looking for a trip filled with fun and nature.

The place was secluded and very dark. It’s what we expected we had flashlights when we needed to go outside. Driving up to the house was a rocky road and we got there after dark so a little scary. House was beautiful and spacious. We walked down near the lake. There were some rules in regards to cleaning that my family and I side eyed, only because there is a hefty cleaning fee. Nevertheless we abided by them all.

Beautiful secluded home. Getting to the home from the main road is unpaved road. Massanutten water park and resorts are nearby for entertainment. Skyline drive is 1 hour drive. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and basic spices. All the four bathrooms were stocked with basic necessities. We were 16 pax and we enjoyed the home a lot. Thanks for letting us use your home.
